Anti-Bullying Week

16/11/20

Today marks the start of Anti-Bullying Week, and to help raise awareness and money for the Anti-Bullying Alliance, we are taking part in Odd Socks Day!

We are passionate about creating a safe and happy environment, and keeping bullying away from the workplace is one of our top priorities. We are proud that we have recorded no instances of bullying, harassment or victimisation and it is our goal for this to continue. For new starters, part of their induction is to emphasise that we are all here to work together, and as we spend the greater part of our day at work with colleagues (more than at home with family) it is important we make it a pleasant experience. Our colleagues are made aware that bullying and bad behaviour is not acceptable and that we will act swiftly to stamp out any such behaviour. Communication here has significantly improved over recent years, so we’re confident our staff would speak up!

To support our ethos, we have policies in place for Anti-Harassment and Bullying, Equal Opportunities and Equality and Diversity.

End.
