The Flood is a sleek, discreet solution for detecting leaks and floods. Waterproof to IP67, it can be used repeatedly, helping to safeguard people living independently or in supported accommodation by raising alerts quickly.
Perfect for bathrooms, kitchens, or any flood-prone space, the Flood can warn of unattended taps, blocked sinks, or overflowing toilets. No fixtures or fittings are required, simply place it on a flat surface near a bath, basin, toilet, or other likely flood points.
Activation is easy, just a damp cloth is needed to trigger the device. Gold-plated contacts are slightly raised to prevent false alarms.
The Flood offers a 600m line-of-sight range and a replaceable battery with up to 5 years of life, ensuring reliable performance over time.
