Position: Clerk Typist
Location: Halifax
We have a requirement for a Clerk Typist on a temporary to permanent basis. If you have PA experience, work well with others, have a passion for typing together with strong organisational skills, and enjoy working in an office environment in small teams, this position should be of interest to you.
Responsibilities
- Perform accurate typing of document and spreadsheets mostly in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and some Microsoft Office
- Perform data entry tasks
- Support the team with various clerical and administrative tasks to help ensure efficient office operations
- Work to company processes, procedures and standards
- Undertake any internal or external training as required
- Carry out such other duties as may be required within the general scope of the job
Qualifications Required
- Touch typist with a typing speed of 60-80+ wpm
- 95-100% accuracy in all typing tasks
- Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace
- Formatting flair
- Speed and efficiency
- Strong organisational skills
