Position: Clerk Typist

Location: Halifax

We have a requirement for a Clerk Typist on a temporary to permanent basis. If you have PA experience, work well with others, have a passion for typing together with strong organisational skills, and enjoy working in an office environment in small teams, this position should be of interest to you.

Responsibilities 

    • Perform accurate typing of document and spreadsheets mostly in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and some Microsoft Office
    • Perform data entry tasks
    • Support the team with various clerical and administrative tasks to help ensure efficient office operations
    • Work to company processes, procedures and standards
    • Undertake any internal or external training as required
    • Carry out such other duties as may be required within the general scope of the job

    Qualifications Required 

      • Touch typist with a typing speed of 60-80+ wpm
      • 95-100% accuracy in all typing tasks
      • Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace
      • Formatting flair
      • Speed and efficiency
      • Strong organisational skills
