These videos are designed to be straightforward, visual, and practical; the kind of guides you can follow along with, pause when needed, and revisit at any time. While our programming guides provide all the technical detail, our videos aim to offer more visual prompts and a clearer, hands-on feel for what to do and how it all fits together. We’ve also created Quick Reference Guides for many of our products. Short, bite-sized guides that make it easy to get the essentials fast, whether you’re installing something new or just need a quick reminder.
So far, we’ve already built up a library of around 30 videos, and we’re just getting started. Behind the scenes, it’s not always smooth sailing! We’ve had our share of bloopers: like realising there was a smudge on the lens after finishing a long shoot, or being interrupted by a knock at the door while recording from home! But we put a lot of love (and Cair) into each video because we want to make life easier for the people using our products, whether that’s installers, care staff, carers, or end users.
