The CairWear is a stylish and non-stigmatising haptic pendant designed to support safety, independence and reassurance at home and in supported environments.

Comfortable and discreet, the CairWear can be worn on the wrist or around the neck, allowing people to move around their home with confidence, knowing that help is always within reach if they need it.

At the centre of the device is a tactile manual call button, making it simple and intuitive to raise an alert in the event of a fall, concern or emergency. Once activated, the wearer receives reassuring haptic feedback through a gentle vibration, alongside a subtle LED indicator, confirming that their call has been successfully sent.

Designed to be worn with confidence

The CairWear has been carefully designed to feel like a modern wearable rather than a traditional telecare pendant, helping to reduce stigma while encouraging consistent use.

Its lightweight and comfortable design supports everyday wear, with flexible wearing options to suit different preferences and needs. The device can be worn either around the neck or on the wrist, with a choice of elastic or silicone wrist straps to provide both comfort and durability.

For individuals who may find it difficult to press smaller buttons or who wear thicker clothing, an ‘easy-press’ over-jacket accessory is also available, helping to ensure the call button remains easy to activate whenever support is required.

Built for everyday reliability

CairWear is engineered to provide reliable reassurance in everyday environments. The device features a replaceable battery with a lifespan of up to five years, helping to minimise maintenance while supporting long-term service delivery.

Designed with real-world use in mind, the CairWear is also waterproof to IP67, meaning it can be worn confidently throughout the day, including in environments where water exposure may occur.
