Contact

Door/Window Sensor

The Contact is more than a standard exit monitoring device. Interoperable, waterproof, and flexible, it fits seamlessly wherever someone calls home, offering features unique to its category.

The device combines a magnetic contact and detection unit in a compact, wireless form. With multiple operating modes, one Contact can cover a range of applications. Installer mode ensures precise positioning, right first time, every time.

Waterproof and low-temperature resistant, the Contact can be used outdoors, giving you more flexibility than ever.

The Contact can be fitted to the frame with the magnet on the door or window, or vice versa. Multiple mounting options, including adhesive or screws, make installation straightforward and adaptable to any setting.

Two buttons make the device simple to use: a small on/off button (which can be disabled if needed) and a large button that allows carers to enter or exit without triggering an alert. The Contact can also send repeated alerts if a door or window remains open.

  • Easy to use on/off button
  • Carer entry/exit mode
  • Door left open alerts
  • Door still open alerts
  • Installer testing mode
  • 3 year battery
  • 600m line of sight range
